Growing Community Gardens and Education in the Northern Panhandle

All project applications must be submitted to rcdnorthernpanhandle@gmail.com by August 14th, 2025. Funding will be provided after September 30th, 2025. All funded projects must submit receipts and invoices for all project-related expenses, and all documentation must be received by September 30, 2025, to qualify for reimbursement or payment. All projects are to be completed by December 30th, 2025.
