The Northern Panhandle Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) Council provides annual funding to schools, nonprofit organizations, and community groups throughout the Northern Panhandle counties of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, and Marshall. To date, the Council has supported more than 200 projects by providing both financial and technical assistance. Funded initiatives have included the development of outdoor learning classrooms, community gardens, and other projects that enhance education and conservation.
